In days long past it was believed that The Fey, also known as the Wee People or Fairies, are here to nurture the earth and mankind. In our show, we present the cultural belief that The Fey are Keepers of the Earth. We assure all parents that there are no religious messages in our retelling of the old stories. These beliefs have been held for generations upon generations and have passed down from Grandmother to Grandmother. Each has had thier turn to share them with the next generation.
We present this skit as a fun, interactive way for the children to learn
of this aspect of the Celtic Culture. We invite the children to particpate by asking them "What could you do to help?"
